DESCRIPTION:COURSE DESCRIPTION: \n2-Gun Fighting Movement dives headfirst into realistic and relevant application of movement principles with both the Duty Handgun and Patrol Rifle. This course uses the information obtained from real LEO lethal force encounters to mold the drills to match realistic movement patterns. Safe application of dynamic movement drills is essential to this curriculum as officers cover turning\, short\, burst\, and long movement principles. With the Patrol Rifle we train on the integration of movement related to cover and the positional shooting that occurs around cover. Self awareness of skill and application of the correct technique to match the stimulus highlight the movements that occur as this course. DESCRIPTION:The Simunition® Scenario Instructor and Safety Certification Course is designed to provide critical training to instructors who will conduct reality-based training within their department. The course will provide hands-on instruction in scenario-based training program development and training methodology and will give practical experience to students on the best \nuse of Simunition® training products in a highly effective\, realistic\, extremely safe training course. \nSimunition® will provide converted training firearms\, FX® personal protective equipment\, all FX® and SecuriBlank® training ammunition\, FoF training ammunitionTM\, as well as training aids such as inert training props. If you choose to bring your own converted weapon(s) and/or personal protective equipment\, please see the outline below and your instructor before the course starts. \nStudents should also bring seasonal outdoor clothing\, outer garment for role playing\, protective gloves\, a ball cap\, protective eyewear\, notebook\, pen\, and duty holster. \nAT NO TIME ARE ANY LETHAL WEAPONS OR AMMUNITION NEEDED\nNOR ALLOWED DURING ANY OF THE TRAINING EVENTS \nStudents can obtain additional information and register for the class online: www.simunition.com.
